1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pulse.ac regarding the use of our cheat detection services ("Services"). By creating an account and accessing pulse.ac, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Subscription Options

pulse.ac offers the following subscription plans:

• Personal Plans: Designed for individual users and available in Monthly, Quarterly, and Lifetime options.
• Team Plans: Intended for multiple users with a minimum requirement of five users. Available in Monthly, Quarterly, Six-Month, and Annual plans.

Additional user slots may be purchased at an extra cost. Pricing-related questions must be submitted through a support ticket.

3. Account Usage

Accounts are provided for single-user use only and may not be shared or transferred. In the event of complete account loss, you must provide proof of ownership along with a detailed explanation of the circumstances surrounding the loss.

4. Suspension and Termination

pulse.ac reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Services if misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected, in order to maintain platform security and service integrity.

5. Prohibited and Suspicious Activity

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent banning:

• Repeatedly scanning the same computer or device.
• Performing log cleaning, bypass testing, or debugging attempts.
• Conducting suspicious self-scans.
• Sharing your PIN or failing to properly supervise individuals who have access to it.

In cases of serious or repeated violations, bans may be issued immediately without the option to appeal, including removal from the pulse.ac Discord community.

6. Payments and Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through the support ticket system. Due to the digital nature of the software, refunds are not available once delivery has been completed. Refunds may only be issued at the time of delivery in cases of accidental duplicate purchases or if the software is confirmed to be defective and unusable.

7. License Transfers

Licenses issued by pulse.ac are non-transferable. Exceptions may be reviewed only if there is verified proof of complete account loss or a clearly justified and documented reason.

8. Lifetime Access

Lifetime subscriptions remain valid for as long as pulse.ac continues to operate and actively maintain its Services.

9. Supported Platform

pulse.ac is currently developed exclusively for FiveM.
